  Thank you for choosing our services! To ensure the best experience for all our clients, we have the following policy regarding deposits and appointments:

• Deposit Requirement: The deposit secures your appointment slot and is non-refundable.
• Last-Minute Emergencies: In the event of a last-minute emergency, please understand that my time is valuable, and the deposit will not be refunded.
• Rescheduling or Cancellation: To reschedule or cancel your appointment and transfer your deposit, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice. If you cancel or reschedule within this period, the same deposit can be applied to your new appointment.
